Enter BIOS.
Go to Advanced > Trusted Computing (or Security tab, depending on board).
Look for an option like:
TPM Device Selection
PTT/fTPM/dTPM...

Look for an option like:
TPM Device Selection
PTT/fTPM/dTPM
If it’s set to dTPM or "Discrete TPM", change it to fTPM or "Firmware TPM".
Save and exit.

we dont accept dtpm because cheaters can buy a new dtpm chip easily and replace it
ftpm comes from your cpu
so if a cheater were to get banned they have to swap the entire cpu

Whenever i open the game after a restart or shut down it gives me that error once, it gets fixed if i open the game again but its js mad annoying
Has been there for over a month
Also it gets fixed if i do sc start vgc before opening the game
There is the log file for when the error happens

It does get fixed if i manually start vgc before opening the game tho
Also it takes about 30 seconds for it to actually start after i type in the command in cmd

Same error code can mean different stuff
Or different reasons for the same error code to appear i should say

we are working on a fix for that still, it only happens on a small number of low spec machines
for now the only work around is to manually sc start vgc unfortunately
