The thing is, the creators prioritise their anti cheat, as in if someone gets banned by anti cheat they wont really unban u, unless u have valid video proof of playing before the ban occured
Im just a member but u used community support where anyone with some knowledge can provide support
I woke up and then wanted to play the game then I clicked the join and it popped up that screen
+ it also seems they r confident that out of the 400 players banned by that specific anti cheat including u, they are certain u abused an exploit #📣・sub-announcements , so without video proof, unfortunately ur account is gone and since uve been denied, ur baso not getting unbanned

Many many other players even aside from the 400 banned recently from the anti cheat, are in the same situation as u where they feel they were mistakenly banned
