Account recovery
I just lost one of my accounts that got hacked, and Riot doesn't seem interested in helping me. They only send a standard message saying, "Sorry, but we can't recover it because the information you provided doesn't match the account," even though I filled everything out correctly. By the way, I've opened a ticket four times, and I got the same message every time.

Are you certain that every bit of information you’ve provided are accurate? And did you give em all the details they asked for?
I just put what I remember, I even included a proof of purchase.
Tbh proof of purchase isn’t always sufficient enough in some cases since people can buy accounts and purchase items on it.
Most important details would be first email, DOB
