Given that we have tried almost every possible solution with you, your only option comes down to windows reinstall.
ok can i copy valorant put it in hdd and then reinstall windows on my ssd and then put valorant back on the ssd?

You could try that, but it would be efficient if you reinstall windows and then the game.
i just cant reinstlling windows i had a problem since i bought pc game sometiems crashes and after doing all of the stuff they told me to do it gone and if i reinstall windows and i get that problem again ill be so mad
