Banishment without reason
Hi! I'm desperately looking for help regarding a final ban I received yesterday... Impossible to communicate on support, my tickets are closed a few hours after sending.
The details: I've been banned for using third-party software and because I "intentionally broke the game rules, which created a bad experience for other players" (That's the response I received when I first submitted a ticket). What's more, the person who replied added "We know League of Legends can be frustrating at times" even though I've never played League of Legends... The reason I'm so insistent on being debriefed is because I've never tried to cheat, I hate it. I've been in a state of incomprehension since yesterday and this unfair penalty is weighing heavily on me. And the fact that I can't communicate with anyone is starting to get on my nerves. It would be really lovely if someone here could help me understand how to solve this problem. If you need more details: support message, logs, file, profile, ID etc... Don't hesitate! Thanks youu !

there is no official support here
best thing you can do is opening another ticket but with an alt account. maybe they can look into this, but for the right game this time :p
