Hello, my Valorant account was unfairly banned. I've been trying to contact someone from Valorant support but I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from the team. If I can, they'll understand their mistake when they look at my match history. All I want is to talk to a real person about this issue instead of the blitzcrank bot.

I understand. But there is no response. I think they responded without reviewing my last matches. I was playing without using third party software. I took a break from the game for a while and when I came back I realized I was banned. I've been trying for months but I can't get any answers.

Match history doesn’t proof you didn’t use any “3rd party tools” vanguard detected something on your pc and flagged it.
It could’ve been cheating tools for other games or some kind of modification software.
If I open a cheat in a game where cheats are not prohibited and get banned from Valorant, will they ban me and not even respond? This is not fair.

Yes, as long as it’s cheating/modification tool and vanguard detects it, they will not unban you just cause you weren’t using it on val.
If Vanguard can detect any cheating software, it should also detect that this software affects Valorant. People should not be banned unnecessarily.
If we think about it logically, this really isn't fair.
It wouldn't be fair too if Vanguard detects any software and bans players and the support team doesn't take any action on it.
I don't care about the money I spent, all I want is for justice to be served and for people to be prevented from being banned unnecessarily. At least, action should be taken against unnecessary bans. 🙂

Why not? Some people can use cheats to get help from things they can't do or parts they can't pass. Even if we judge this, we can't stop it. You must have open a cheat too. After all, isn't opening gamemode a cheat?
Sounds like skills issue if you ever need cheats to complete a level, online game or not.

No, your account is permanently banned. But after 3 months you can play the game again on a brand new account
