Elbow patches question
I usually stay away from anything with elbow patches, but I found this safari jacket that I otherwise love and I would like to hear your views on whether the elbow patches are OK (at least they are in the same color) or they ruin the jacket.

why would they ruin a jacket
those are pretty subtle. they look fine and fit the jacket IMO
if they were contrasted or plaid it might ruin it but they're innocuous not to really matter but otherwise make the jagget look a bit more rugged.
I feel like elbow patches are within the aesthetic of this jacket
