as usual I logged into my account after 2 days I think and saw this message and I'm not cheating and no one is playing on my account except me because I don't give my account to anyone and I don't know what's going on I'm weak I've only been playing for 3 weeks and I see something like this

I will add that I have already sent a report to riot support and valorant support twice but I was ignored both times :(( I did nothing wrong why did they punish me it's my favorite game
do you know of any software that coulve lead to a ban at all?
stuff like raw accel / some sort of scrips / cheats for other games / pirated games / etc?
no because I don't have any :((
