Steam starts downloading games as normal but eventually the download speed slows to a halt
I have always had this problem with my Bazzite install but it wasn't much of a problem as I could work around it but with bigger installs it gets annoying.I know it's not the network as I can do everything else normal, it's just the download that stops.

Eventually the download finished but it took way longer than it should've for 1%
is the installation older? you could try reset steam (dos not delete the games) with ujust fix-reset-steam or you could try change the downloadregion in the steam settings
