cloudflare returning 521

I had two DNS pointing to test.domain1.com and test.domain2.com

on test.domain1.com it returned nginx just fine.
but on test.domain2.com it returns 521

how can i resolve this issue?

I have 11 DNS on CloudFlare all pointing to the same server. 7 of them work fine, the 4 I just added to CloudFlare give 521 error. I just moved them from the current registrar and were working before. I have been transferring some of the 7 to Cloud Flare successfully . Of these new 4, one of them is in the process of transferring. None of the new 4 are working. The Cloud Flare trouble shooting has not given me enough information to fix the problem. I started using Cloud Flare more than a year ago to get htts:// to work. Help?

I have now completed registering sabbathremnantalliance.org with cloud flare and I can't access the web site, my prior request has not been resolved, either
