[Dear CloudFlare Team]No reply from supporter for a week (not resolved for a month).

Hello. It has been about a week and as of 9:52 PM Japan time, no reply. Maybe because of the time difference between the support team and Japan, I would expect a reply around 2:00 a.m. here, but I can't wait a week, even though the support is busy with queries. Can you escalate this to internal? Ticket number is 01401997.
