Upgrading pre builts like these is always a hassle tbh
Downgrading to win10 is the best option
Or if ur motherboard has a tpm header
U can get a physical tpm chip and install it on ur motherboard
Tho i doubt an hp pre built will let u do something like that

Remove the hdd physically from ur pc
Then reinstall win10 on the ssd
Put the hdd back in
