to close the thread when your doubt is solved. Mention the users who helped you solve the doubt. This will be added to their stats.pressure is proportional to moles right so you have to think what reaction might happen when these gaeses are put in a container will the products have more number of moles less or the same according to that you can decide
bro O2 H2 aur CO ko rakh kar kya reaction banegi 💀
that part i dont know but this is the method :Saul_Goodman:
h2 + o2=h2o
c+o2=co2
c+o2=co(incomplete)
these rxns will occur?
by assuming initial moles of o2 h2 and co and then finding out final moles we can see that final pressure would be less than initial as final moles will be less
but idk how to do after that
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
not sure tho..lets see what others have to say
yea adsorbtion hi diya hai solution me which made no sense
makes sense
so this is just something i just remember for rn

Maybe this may not be in your syllabus because there is a surface chemistry question because pressure comes up because of the charcoal absorbing the gases. I'm saying adsorbing not absorbing because surface phenomena etc etc. Usually it is option B, which means key and it will happen with that decline and then it kind of stables out because all the sides are filled SITES. That's about it on this one I think.

See, these reactions don't happen by themselves, especially the H2 plus O2 one, when you water that requires like a lot of energy, you have, yeah, it doesn't happen by itself, it needs a spark or something else. CO plus O2 becoming CO2, we'll have to think about what the reaction conditions are, but I think for that also you need a bit of heat, it doesn't happen by itself. I don't think there's any reaction happening here.
ok thn ig ill cloe this out
