Basic: NLM ground frame doubt

I had a doubt while solving this problem. I'm making some mistake while doing this from the ground frame. Can someone solve this from the ground frame and send so that I can check? Thanks!

consider a pseudo force

alright can you please send your approach? in g frame nvm its hard to think from g frame ill solve it myself you need the wedge constraint here since the block is staying on the wedge (atleast for sometime) its relative acceleration along the normal must be zero

this is the fig

consider these 2 points

B is on the wedge and A is on the block if the acceleration in normal direction (vectors have been shown in the fig) of both of them are not same then some deformation will take place OR block will leave the wedge hence acceleration of wedge along normal must be equal to acceleration of blovk along normal now acceleration of wedge along normal is just component of acceleration of wedge along normal

we need a_n

which is just 5cos(53) or 3 hence acceleration of block along normal shld be 3 as well now just make the FBD of the blok

consider forces along normal direction only

N - 40 = 5 x 3 hence N = 55N
