Tiny login screen on large TV, plus CUDA questions
I'm using my TV as an htpc, 4k60hz 16:9, and the login screen (and that alone) sits in the middle of the screen, with black bars above and below, making is quite difficult to see anything. This only happens with the initial login, whereas on subsequent logins after locking the system it looks completely fine. I'm attaching a pic as well.
Another question I had was, is it possible to develop software using cuda? I do have nvidia-smi, but not nvcc. I've read about it on a couple of github issues, doesn't seem to be working, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. If it doesn't work, are there any plans on working on it, or is it an nvidia thing and out of our control?

I've noticed during bootup my primary, way smaller monitor is also being displayed at full size normally, but also the image mirrors to the bigger tv display. After logging in, it gets disabled as per display config dictates by me. So it's a multi monitor issue where the other display doesn't get disabled only till the system boots up, and it mirrors itself to the bigger display at like half of that other display's resolution?
Well I've unplugged the other monitor so now only my tv is connected - and still havign the tiny login screen on the first appearance during the boot. So wasn't a mirroring issue
