Valorant Ban appeal?

I requested an appeal for a one year ban due to having a shitty computer in the past. Recently I got a much better PC that can actually run Val without crashing. My problem now is that my account is banned for another 4 months. I tried to appeal but the bot just says Hey there, ALPH-1 here with an automated update about your inquiry regarding a penalty on this account. I got your message and passed it off to one of our agents, who's taking another look. They should finish up in about one or two days. If they discover we've made a mistake, they'll reach out to you about how that penalty will be modified or removed. But if they find the penalty was correctly given, then this ticket will be closed and the penalty will remain—you won't receive any other notifications.
