I have a huge exam next week

So I have this huge exam next week as well as two projects that are due next week. I’m new to c # and everything seems so picky and confusing. I’m so overwhelmed by everything. Can someone please help me

You'll have to ask an actual question with details @Lukas. What are you stuck on, what have you tried, etc.

Its generally everything, everything is stressing me out. We’re talking arrays, methods, operators, algorithms etc. I don’t understand anything and I don’t know how I’m supposed to remember everything

Well, you're not going to find someone in here to reteach you C# from scratch. So go over your notes, practice what's unfamiliar, maybe make a little "cheat sheet" (not to bring into the exam ofc, but the act of making it should help you remember better). Then ask on what you're still unsure about.

I understand that no one will sit, and teach me code in c# here from scratch. I want to go for an career in IT, so im taking courses that I haven’t took, and the courses are on distance during a one month period. There’s no ”lessons” or anything like that, just things that I need to do, and the book that I have don’t really help since the examples are not in line with what im doing. Chat gpt won’t help since I won’t learn. To clarify what I would like help for is if there’s any site perhaps a game or anything that will help me understand the essientals.

You could try $helloworld I guess.

I know how to write out hello world in the console… Does it go through everything, or is it just on how to make a ”Hello world” program

"everything" is an extremely large amount of information

It's a proper tutorial, we just called the tag "helloworld".

Oh okay I see, im coding in .NET Framework 4.8 version in visual studio

if you have a choice, don't use that version because it's pretty old

Unfortunately I don’t have a choice, the compilator is often complaining that I need to be writing in atleast 7.3 version or later in order to do certain things

What's the topic of the exam? What's the topic of the projects? Is this a test on C#/.NET? I rarely see university courses that teaches C#

It's fairly common around here. Depends what unis you're looking at

It's just fear. 1. Chill out 2. You'll definitely gonna repeat. That will give you more experience. But do try your best to clear. 3. First prepare what you've already touched. 4. And just take your best shot.

it is, its not a university course. Im not sure what the school level is equivalent to for you, but i think its high school. in order to go certain educations on university, you need to have studied a corresponding guiding line during high school. I didnt, so now im taking courses that i dont have, so that i may study in IT on university later on. Thanks for the advice i truly appreciate it. I dont have any prior experience in coding, so everything feels overwhelming, and im having a hard time actually UNDERSTANDING it, not just like to learn lines of codes. I need to actually understand methods, operators, alorithms etc, in order for me to be able to use them.
