diff btw vinylic and aryl

what is differnece between vinylic halide and aryl halide cuz we are saying we usesp2 of c=c in vinylic and sp2 in aromatic in aryl but cant the aromatic one come in vinylic also cuz i saw this

Vinyl halide is halogen on sp² carbon in a non aromatic system. Aryl halide is halogen on sp² carbon in an aromatic system, which is participating in the mass electron delocalisation. Typically benzene. Aryl halides generally refers to halogens on the benzene ring.

Just saying 'vinyl halide' will always refer to a vinyl group (H2C=CH-) connected to a halogen
