Being billed two times for Video Stream API
Anyone can give me some help? If im not mistake, It seems we're being billed two times for Video Stream API. This is going on for a few months already.

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

Anyone knows if there is someone specific that i can message? This seems to be WORST support ever, we already are being in contact with support for around 2 months trying to solve this issue. But they keep creating random excuses and asking us to create a new ticket and are not even trying to do something.
