Switched from Bazzite GNOME to KDE and screen flashing white lines
I didn't have issues at first. Enabled HDR and noticed later that white lines started flashing. Turned off Adaptive Sync and it seemed to stop. It started back up again and I gave the system a reboot, no change and disabled HDR. That worked for a bit and then it started again. This happens without running anything, not running any games or using gamescope.

Interestingly, I‘ve had similar issues with the rt kernel on Arch Linux. Screen flickering that was only solved by turning of AS. Strangely enough, when I did that, I wasn‘t able to change my monitor brightness anymore…
You rebased to switch between the two?
No, did a full switch from GNOME.
looks like taking refresh rate from 144 to 120 has stopped it for now.
like a reinstall?
Ya, did a full wipe and imaged fresh with KDE.
And the white lines are back.
I've done a little troubleshooting and the issue seems to be curbed for a short time if I alter settings like Refresh Rate, HDR, or Adaptive Sync. I've also noticed that doing a full log off and log back in seems to reset the issue as well.
Not sure what else I need to look at. Seems like it could be driver related. I also disabled the onboard graphics card completely just to make sure there wasn't anything going on there. System specs:
