false ban
hello! my friend got perma'd on his account after not playing on it for almost a week. just wondering if anyone can help with an unban. his account got hacked and he doesnt know if it was from someone he knew or a rando but he posted a ticket and it got closed immediately. below is the photo of the ticket he placed.

Only riot support can unban players, if they close the ticket without responding, then their decision is final.
