Vote Sites Not Being Effective
I have 12 voting links on my anarchy servers, and we've gotten almost 100 votes on each site in 2 weeks, yet still I feel like nobody new is joining from them. Any suggestions?

This represents a fundamental misunderstanding of how voting sites work. Think about the insane amount of competition you have on voting sites. You have almost 100 votes on each site, yet my server has multiple thousands, and I'm still being outranked by many, many servers. The top servers on page 1 pay up to $20,000 on auction to get that top spot. When people google "Minecraft servers" they will only see those top servers.
Your only option here to get more players from them is to target specific niches. Use keywords that are unique to your server, like "dungeon crawler" or "capture the flag". That way when people specifically search for those keywords you can rank higher. Otherwise, you're a tiny fish in a huge pond.
