I don't think you need rely pro player crosshair sometimes making by self can be better option so you can make many varieties
besides making agents noise to 0 bc they annoy me

Actually you can do more boosting optimization in windows
these are mine:
multithreaded on, Anti-A on max ( i forgot the name ), anisotropic filtering 2-4x, improve clarity and experimental sharpening on if your pc is good, rest off

Aslong your fps is above your refresh rate i think it's still fine
it is not above its at 144
I even limit my self to 165 fps just to make it stable

If i remember capping fps can reduce overheat and more stability.
But at 144?😭 he can go at least 300 or sum
It's only good thing if he had high end monitor that can output 300hz. But either way i see alot games have limiting fps option like genshin, wuwa and other even though it's not competitive game but it's for purpose make it stable.
