ban from competetive for afk but they agreed to remove the ban.
riot dev said they would revoke my ban, but has the zip files which i have attached been sent to them?? I not then pls let me know how exactly to do that.

Run it as admin
In the tool, select valorant
Done

As the ticket suggests, they’ll fix your crashing problem first
And then revoke the ban
