[PC] Persistent Storage Cache

I am having a problem where I am having parts of my drive that seems to be unoccupied according to Filelight show as occupied by the drive. The main culprit is probably Heroic Games Launcher which I installed and uninstalled games from but I don't know how to get the storage back.

I have tried deleting multiple games, but if you look at filelight, it is showing 650 gb occupied while the drive is 99% occupied I have a 1 TB Drive and I have next to nothing else on this computer this is a fairly fresh OS
