I CANT REINSTALL VALORANT OR RIOT CLIENT
I have tried every trick in the book to get it working I turned on safe boot and alot of other things can I get some out of box ideas to be able to install this depressing game again?

I did nearly everything
I watched 30 different vids
rolled back drivers
like its doing the same thing with my steam
like my steam wont open now too
so idk what it is
I used different networks
corrupted drivers maybe?
uninstalled and reinstalled old and new drivers multipul times
Try sfc /scannow in cmd administration if see there corrupted files
none
any other ideas
I was able to get riot client installed via epic games
but it wont open

It's corrupted files mostly can occur in browser and can affect in pc components

I used my hotspot to see if it was a network problem
Just ask chatgpt watching from youtube can sometimes making it worse especially if they don't know what to do and doesn't tell what it does.
Try using a vpn and see if it works

my val is cooked just like yours but my problem is sorta diff, I just can't load into the game but you try doing a clean reinstall of riot, vanguard and val see if that works

delete every file you have of val riot and vanguard
you can use revo unistaller to do so, then delete the files againe from the recycle bin

everyone is having some type of problem with valorant these days
I see most of them changing windows settings which i can see why it's the problem.
I logged some tickets and was told to change many windows settings for the game to launch and in the end nothing worked

Have you tried opening only the client by itself? and reinstalling the client? Client not opening has nothing to do with vanguard.

the only trusted booster i use is quick cpu, intel xtu , and ryzen master

Hone is booster application for increase performance, but the feature full of shit and doesn't make any of difference when i try this app the quality it got even worse.
The better alternative is using quick cpu it's much more details and giving you alot information about the hardware component and you can overclock it
