Unable to access my support tickets
I click "View Support Cases", then it goes to this page (Cannot locate dashboard account). Then after logging in or going to support portal it gives me this (with a "My activities" hyperlink). When clicking on it, it goes back to the "Cannot locate dashboard account" page. How can I view my existing tickets please??

I paid 25$ just for support btw and I can't even view my tickets and my issue with my Cloudflare page will take 3days to get a response apparently (the system says)
