What tech stack choose for pet project?

Good evening, everyone! I want to create a pet project that will help me to get a job, but I have a few questions. So I will be glad if someone will answer them 😄 As I understood it, besides Java, Spring Boot, Security, MVC, Core, Postgres and JPA/Hibernate, Lombok, Mockito, Kafka, I also need to know some front-end framework (Angular or React)? If so, at what level? Is it better to use Lombok annotations in the project? What additional tools should I use?

Mockito and Mock4j should also be part of the stack. RabbitMQ (or Kafka) should be added to the stack. If you like to be a hightech developer you could go into the quantum-processor field. Oh you got that already. Hm, what about OSGi? Apache Karaf for example
