Ally X only 16GB showing up.
So as the title says, I have an Ally X and after doing the fastfetch command, it only shows 16GB showing up and not the 24GB. Can anyone please help?

Have a look at how much vram you have assigned for GPU use in the BIOS. You probably have it set to 8GB so it's showing less RAM (16GB) available for the system.

So what you are saying is that because I have 8GB dedicated to the GPU, only 16GB of RAM is showing for the OS.
that's how the UMA size works. it dedicates that set amount as always being for the GPU side
if you set it lower, the system will just claim RAM as needed
Okay, that makes sense. I will leave it stock for now until it really causes problems.
