anyone
I went as far as reinstalling the game
You shoukd try disable/unistall unnecessary program. Like windows service, Programs, startup, task scheduler. I usually do that thing to also help reduce ram usage especially if you want discord + valorant.
Also make sure you create restore before doing any of this thing without coach help navigate
my ram usage isnt even at half though
Have you updated windows or any gou cpu you have
GPU latest drivers, i havent updated any cpu driver though
Try updating those since valorant mostly cpu based game
I updated them
anything else i should do
Try play valorant swift if see anything different than before if not im gonna navigate it again for you
Oh yeah fyi create restore point just to make safe
same thing
Can you give full detail of the spec cause i might can find solution if this possible
I have an asus tuf a15 laptop, here are the specs
GPU: 4060
CPU: RYZEN 7 7735HS
RAM: 24GB
512GB drive and another 1tb ssd
let me know if you need anything else, im new to this pc stuff
Have you created restore point before?
Cause i see alot people didn't make restore point, while changing any windows service that can affect computer.
ummm, what exactly is that ๐
That's weird mine is only rtx 3050 and i5 13450HX ram 24gb. But i don't see any problem while playing valorant, i also did advanced optimization
Is type like checkpoint just like in game but in windows system, so basically example you disable some windows services, and you laptop went problem. So that where restore point use it revert back to normal before you applying that changes and it can resolve almost any issue.
Nope, I'm pretty sure I haven't done any
I was wondering if Installing valorant on the SSD could help
no that won't work i have tried, i usually reinstall windows that's my most fav method to do it. even thought it gonna be slowed and will be back to default looks and setting but it can resolve any type of fix .
also make sure you do clean installation if there gpu problem

Try something rq
Play with an alt account and see if you face the same problem
its just weird, this issue started happening to me around the last month
Why would it work on an alt though
Only way to find out :AG_Shrug:
Yea you should try reinstall windows cause something like this can be complicated and you need manually to re fix it and many attempts, i mostly reinstall windows every months just to keep free from malware and other malicious system
That's not how that work, i have been doing something like since 14 and still has issue, i keep researching. So that no need to rewatch tutorial "how to do" Unless if you really don't know what to do.
I even use chatgpt just to make if it's right conditions or no.
i have a weird feeling its because of my MUX switch
because it caused me problems way back when i played cod
Mux switch not really problem for me i have tried in igpu and dgpu and works pretty fine, it's just that windows has tons of bloatware.
That slow down of pc components
Whenever you change any setting make sure create restore point and take care your laptop carefully
Why would ssd not help? your issue might be different, Even though they did optimize (the game) recently the hard disk could still be causing issues.
Try it.
Is there a way i could transfer it?
or do i need to reinstall
Just copy and paste.
No it's same i think i can tell most valorant player have experienced like this include me, i even need to reinstall windows to be able work
Then delete original, install again, click already installed, go to valorant select live folder and it should pick it up.
I have too, but you need to realize installing windows shouldn't be your first option it should be your last.
You can try every possible method before reinstalling windows
Exactly there's really no reason not to.
Hence I asked you to check a new acc, if itโs acc prob or pc prob
No need to worried about i also have make restore point before changing any windows files/folder
You're talking about reinstalling or resetting?
Like a clean wipe.
Reinstall
Hmmm doesn't resetting still wipe the app data folders etc. could be annoying.
ill do it if ssd doesnt work
Reinstall still fix the issue like going back normal windows services, task scheduler, windows feature. Even zach told it's better to reinstall windows every 6 months just to make clean from malware and other malicious
Who is Zach โ ๏ธ
You don't know him?
Respectfully, you should try to be aware of what you download and do it in a safe way. If you're someone whose not really knowledgeable on computers then it makes sense. otherwise? every 6 months is overkill.
by the way whose zack
I completely forgot about the topic, yes it'll most likely fix any issues but then again the hassle of a reset isn't worth it to a lot of people I'm assuming.
I have been doing this since 14, while i learning new stuff, so i don't need to go youtube just to solve any of the problem. As long you keep knowing what you doing you good to go ๐
for valorant I mean
Zach tech turf
Yeah it's pretty fun, I mostly started helping in this channel a few weeks ago to hopefully learn something new and to just improve, but every one here just wants to enable secure boot.
๐ข
Fun fact i have been doing this on my main pc and laptop and still has 0 issue even i did many times.
Tbh, i understand most teenager or some adult buy pc/laptop for games until they grow up, i barely play games now days. But i still learning new things to fix/solve windows system while coding.
Resetting can't cause issues unless you mean something else? I'm just glad you're smart enough to ask him to make a restore point before doing anything.
Coding scares me.
That's what im saying, cause i have been doing like this since 14 and most valorant player don't give a fuck about these windows settings so im here to help people how to solve it.
Why tho?
Because whenever I've tried learning it through courses etc. as soon as I try to make something it uses completely different things that I weren't even ever told of.
Ofc like that, cause you can't instantly know without any patience and soft skill, it approximately take 4-6 years to be fluent or even less
Yeah you're right it takes a long time I guess I'm just not dedicated enough, it just felt so disappointing spending so much time and realizing I know absolutely nothing.
Well, you will get used to as you get older and got no many option to work
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I want to stay a child.
Don't say like that. How your parents gonna be feeling, they will get elderly amd have nothing to work.
Nah he's going to get pension. I just need to work for my self.
Thats what im talking about, cause parents can't live longer as soon we get older to
Yeah everything is just so sad either way thnx I might try to learn Java again
Don't forget download laragon those are app help me do runing mutiple language also there is extension if you might interested download laragon soon.
I'm sure I will when I get to that point! for now it's mostly going to be basics. Never saw a word of Java.
Seriously? Java prob if not most popular language it also use it in game to include c+ c++
Yeah my first attempt was c++ and python
what are you read and write speeds, as well as your internet down and up speeds
Honestly even on the lowest internet speeds it loads, packet loss however, not so much.
Good to hear
Probsbly just the disk.
this is how my optimization well it only takes 17%/16% ram usage and very low cpu usage in idle
