problem for key binding issue

I have a problem. Basically, I installed Valorant (on a laptop), but when I start the tutorial, when it comes to defusing the spike, I can't because my key doesn't work. Even though I try to change it, it won't let me, so I'm stuck. If anyone can help me, please. (sorry for misspell Iam a french player)

I understand what you saying, but i suggest try clean your keyboard if you barely clean it, another method is that buy new switch that is the one don't work properly.
Just make you don't buy all switch, just buy the one is the broken. And you good to go.
