Pointing my Cloudflare domain to my name cheap server
I have tried to point it by setting up the NS on the Cloudflare dashboard ,but still not showing up on my name cheap dashboard

You can't use external nameservers when using Cloudflare Registrar
If you're trying to use namecheap hosting or something, might be able to set it up another way, with A/AAAA/CNAME records, but won't be able to use their auth dns/nameservers for your domain
