Bazzite install just booting to windows
I have just downloaded bazzite, used Rufus to download it onto a usb and now I am trying to run the installer. However whenever I select install this media it just boots into windows. I have safe boot off and it is first in the boot order from bios. I can find nothing online about this issue. Thanks all for the help.

have you tried ventoy?
i just installed bazzite using it

simply install ventoy on your selected media and then you just need to drag and drop any as many iso as you wanted into it
Just read a couple things saying that ventoy wasn’t safe

I got Bazzite install to work but I am getting this error halfway through the install
what software did you use?
Fedora media installer
The one recommended on Bazzites website
you said you select "install this media", have you tried "test this media and install"?
i have a usb stick where it always fails the verification step even when etcher verified the image as correct. maybe something similar is happening here too.
you could also try to install fedora kinoite and then do a rebase to bazzite
Testing the media gave me this error
that's what happened with my device too. do you have a different usb drive you could try? or maybe just try flashing it again hoping this time it wont corrupt

Try redownloading the iso, and red lashing onto a different usb
