dP Display Freeze when using "Brightness & Color" and "Night Light"

I have two external displays connected to my PC. When changing the slider in "Brightness & Color" as well as "Night Light" the one that is connected via dP freezes and only a reboot can fix it. I also tried killing and restarting KDE, turning the monitor off and on but with no success. The other monitor that works fine is connected via HDMI. 󱋩  bazzite-nvidia-open:stable  󰣛  Bazzite 41 (FROM Fedora Kinoite)   Linux 6.13.6-103.bazzite.fc41.x86_64 󰅐  12 mins 󰔠  Spawned on Mar 22 2025 󰻠  AMD Ryzen 5 5600X (12) @ 4.65 GHz 󰍛  NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 [Discrete]   7.24 GiB / 31.24 GiB (23%)   42.44 GiB / 1.82 TiB (2%) - btrfs [Read-only] 󰍹  2560x1440 @ 144 Hz in 27" [External, HDR] * 󰍹  2560x1440 @ 60 Hz in 27" [External] 󰕮  KDE Plasma 6.3.3   KWin (Wayland)   bash 5.2.32   Ptyxis 47.10 󰏖  2763 (rpm), 56 (flatpak-system), 26 (flatpak-user)
