We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel.

What options does it show you when you click that
It works fine for me with seperated drives
I just have to click Unknown -> Steam
Did you manually move the game files?

SMM queries the APIs of the EPIC and Steam game store apps to determine where your game is. If you moved its location after installation manually, your installer client will not know where it is. You will need to reinstall your game through your store client so that it is in a known location. This will not affect your saves.
no i used steam to move the install location
and i havent been using mods since last year

It might be unrelated, but I was just wondering if your Program Files is named "program files", and Steam -> steam

Reinstall SMM might help, idk. I'm out of ideas
Did you start the game after moving it? Try to start it once, close the game and then restart SMM. At least in the past that trick used to work sometimes
