Can any riot employee help me recover my account? I have been hacked.

I was told by my friend someone logged into my account and whispered to a friend of mine that my account is compromised and he's gonna refund my account which he bought somehow. He was European and couldn't "hustle" the account for money as he said. My friend alerted me about it through discord, telling me to enable 2fa, which I did. Later, I played a game on my account thinking everything was fine, a couple things were out of place though. My in game sensitivity was changed which was weird meaning someone had logged into my account. I went to sleep after that game thinking I was fine since I had control over the account and when I woke up, my account was locked. I made multiple attempts to recover it by changing my passwords and submitting tickets, I ended up submitting a total of 3 tickets and since I have waited about 5-6 hours I am scared the account will be unrecoverable. I need urgent help, I've played the game for years now and I have many skins and money invested on that account. Now, I am writing this because I haven't received a email from riot support and the hacker changed my password so I cant even log in to check on my account anymore. I have no idea where to ask for help and if any riot employees sees this, I need help please. I have included screenshots of conversations between the hacker/person who bought me account without my consent and knowledge, and a screenshot of the message I saw this morning when trying to log into my account and play.
