Genuinely there should be a way to contact a developer. I have over $600 plus into that account. I wouldn’t do such a thing to jeopardize my account like that

i understand why you cant directly contact a developer, but there should be some form of dialogue. automation is understandable as theyre a large company and automation could prob resolve a lot of issues.
But in cases like this, there needs to be some form of escalation

But when we ask for what the tool is they can’t give it to us
