Container Screens v1.0.27 is broken

The info screen does not work at all. No matter where I place the sign I get the screen shown. Also, when I go into the properties of a sign, my mouse is still attached to the game and I cannot change the settings at all. v1.0.24 works fine. When I downgrade none of these issues occur.
