Player support team issue

I received a 24 hours ban due to voice comms abuse. When I submitted a ticket to find out what happened, turned out that I was telling to my teammates about how I have been doing poorly in-game for the past few days after a 4k clutch, and have used the word "bottom frag", while the game detected the word as "bottom xfagx" which was not my intention and would not make sense under the context. I asked for a review of the penalty clarifying that I did not use the word "bottom xfagx", but the support team denied my request and will not overturned the penalty. This is very disappointing and discouraging because I was actually very positive and active in the team voice comms during that game and probably one of my best games of this week. Really could not accept the support team to falsely accused me for saying a word that I did not speak just because my mother tongue is not English and could not perfectly pronounce the word "frag". There is not even a way to defend myself from the accusation when if the staff confirms it, then it really happened.
