minecraft server DNS not working?
i set up a dns on my domain like "mc.example.net" and have it routed to my router's public ip, i have port forwarding set up and if i connect to the public ip directly it works, but when i try use the dns subdomain to connect to the server, it doesnt work. (does the proxy change the port the traffic is sent on or something? im lost)

Proxy enabled doesn't support anything but http, need to unproxy if you have it proxied
i tried to unproxy
didnt work
also is there a way i can mask the ip address and have different trafic?
There's services which do that yea your options are like
Within Cloudflare
Cloudflare Spectrum (Pro and $1 per gb of data used, super expensive)
Cloudflare Tunnels (requires software on each connecting client, only for personal usage)
Other services people have mentioned (haven't tried myself)
TCPShield (free plan, requires port forwarding)
playit.gg (tunnel like setup, requires some small fee for custom domains)
unproxy isn't instant, it's a dns change, can take a few hours for you to get the update if you've already tried reaching it before and cached it
oh ok
works now, thanks
