Is it an offcial game or a fangame with permission and is there any realse date announced?

not official. the project was started by a CW leaker who was using stolen assets to "remake CW 2021" the owner of that project left and isnt apart of it anymore, the new people behind it arent going for the same goals as him. they're apparently trying to make a whole different game now

because "cw is ruining their game"
