The nameserver isn't updating...

I've already updated my nameservers to the assigned Cloudflare nameservers on my domain registration website. However, Cloudflare is still indicating that I need to remove pam.ns.cloudflare.com from my domain's nameserver list, which I did a long time ago. What can I do to fix this?

Yes, your registrar needs to fix the nameservers. I'm afraid this problem happens quite often with the nepalese registry. satyamlamsal.com.np. 86400 IN NS pam.ns.cloudflare.com. ;; Received 111 bytes from 202.12.31.53#53(ns4.apnic.net) in 37 ms
