Dipole moment order RCl,RF,RBr,RI

Bond length increasing order is : RI>RBr>RCl>RF So why is dipole moment increasing order is : RCl>RF>RBr>RI EN of F is greater so why is dipole moment of RCl greater than RF?

Dipole is charge * length. The length of the R-Cl bond componsates and exceeds the contribution of charge factor for R-F bond.
