first excuse my bad english i'm french so it's a little hard to explain but This is the second time I've been unfairly banned for "using blablabla software" but I've never used anything specifically? the first time it was a 24 hour ban which was canceled in 10 minutes?? and this time only 20 minutes I don't understand anything anymore it's the 3rd anti virus scan and entire scan of my pc that I carry out and nothing?? the riot staff dodge my questions in my ticket I don't know what to do anymore it always happens in ranked and it's a real problem since it affects my game and the first time one of my friendships?? I am begging for help to resolve the issue I need to understand where and why I am being accused of using who knows what thanks for reading.
