Screen Flickering Issues

Hello everyone,
I need help with a problem that I can't get fixed.
I recently made a display setting by mistake which resulted in me only having the image in the video.
Unfortunately, I can't see what I'm typing in the terminal to try some fixes.
The monitor is connected via DP. When I connect the PC to the TV via HDMI, the problem does not occur. Is there anything I can try even though I can't actually see the terminal?

I have a feeling that your monitor is not configured correctly for your resolution or refresh rate
Everything worked perfectly until I changend something in the Display settings 😕
did you accept the changes even though it was flickering like that?
Yes by accident
try opening a tty session and using
kscreen-doctorjust entered in the terminal. Nothing happened
