2 things you can do, is either contact support or try to reinstall windows and see if it gets fixed

So I reckon it might be gpu failure as it only happens when graphics are above low and it is not on full screen mode
Follow the steps sent to you on your post, use ddu in safe boot and delete the drivers and install the driver
