How to Add kde-inhibit --screenSaver when system update

How do I add a kde-inhibit --screenSaver in the system update short cut to stop computer sleeping when I update my system I try to edit the short cut call "system update" and I have no idea how do I edit it. I was try to do the way like using steam like adding kde-inhibit --screenSaver %command% for steam game not stoping sleep I hope there is a way like it.
