I do currently have this _dmarc record set which I believe may be associated with it?
"v=DMARC1; p=reject; sp=reject; pct=100; ri=86400; fo=1; rf=afrf;aspf=r; adkim=s; rua=mailto:[email protected],mailto:[email protected],mailto:[email protected]; ruf=mailto:[email protected], mailto:[email protected],mailto:[email protected]"

Your own domain's DMARC record has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening on (or with) someone else's domain. One very plausible way for the SPF fail here, would be because you're forwarding the messages through multiple channels. 1. Cloudflare (Sender) 2. Email Address 1 3. Email Address 2 (Cloudflare Email Routing) 4. [...] In a route like this, SPF won't ever be able to survive more than from #1 to #2.

Thanks @DarkDeviL will give that a try it seems like it only works for that domain though like for CF Access stuff.

Can you elaborate? As in, ... what exactly did you try, and how?

like it seems to be only happening for those emails I haven't change anything "yet" but like looking at the stuff it seems like only the CF Access Emails sometimes errors and not other emails that are like double routed.

Can you hover over the ℹ️ icon next to the SPF fail, and see what it has to say there?

it stats this @DarkDeviL also it sometimes works and then sometimes messes up.

Unfortunately, that message doesn't really bring any useful information for the troubleshooting. Anyway, as mentioned above, the email address you have in your Access Policy, ... Is it like: 1. Cloudflare sends message to [email protected] (from the Access Policy). 2. [email protected] (Email Address 1), is forwading the message to 3. "contact@" (Email Address 2, - that you blurred out, on your Email Routing domain) Or how exactly is your Access Policy set up?
