That is just GoDaddy's make an offer thing. Basiclly if someone could make an offer for you domain and GoDaddy would work as the middleman

They are such snakes it's actually artwork, we almost had a domain stolen on their auction platform but luckily got their CEO involved lol, thank you for the straight and to the point answer!
Yeah if you use the ICANN lookup site (https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup) you will see it is registered till 2029
