Valorant Error 59

So my game is probably not opening or not connecting to my internet i think. But my internet was connected with my pc and the network connection was also good. I did uninstall vanguard and reinstall it to check it works but it didn't work. Here is a picture of that error 59. I need help.

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware address"

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

ok nope didnt work and here are the options i didnt do cuz there isn't any settings like that in my pc, 1.Search for "random hardware address" , 2. Set random hardware access in that to change daily . @Metamorphosis should i open a ticket?

Im using my mobile by connecting it to my pc and i have wifi ticket submitted man my brain is dieing by seeing they're ticket
